🌶️ Authentic Thai Red Curry Paste

1. Blend up water(50 g) galangal paste(1 tsp), red chillis(25 g), garlic cloves(7 items), coriander stalks(4 items), ground cumin(2 g), ground coriander seeds(4 g), ground white pepper(3 g), small shallots(2 items), lemongrass stalk(1 item), kaffir lime leaves(3 items), lime zest(1 item), and optionally thai shrimp paste(4 g) until smooth.
2. Freeze it up or use it straight away in your favourite Thai flavour infused dishes!
